They create the auric field around and outside of our bodies, and help to supply our physical bodies with vital energy. Each chakra works with a specific energy, organ system, and aspect of our lives. We are at our strongest, healthiest, and have the best mental clarity when all of our chakras are open, balanced and tuned. Similar to tuning violin or a guitar before playing, if the instrument is out of tune all of the music you play with it sounds a little off.
Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation produces a deep state of relaxation and tranquil mind. During which, your focus your attention and eliminate the jumbled thoughts and over crowding mind space. The results of effective meditation can enhanced physical and emotional well-being.
